These free ride-matching services are provided by the GoTriangle agencies (https://gotriangle.org/employer-services) and participating statewide agencies (see About Us) collectively, "Agencies."
Participation in any of the Share the Ride NC offered services is voluntary. The Agencies expressly disclaim and shall not have any responsibility or liability for any claims, expenses, accidents, illness, death, injury, damages or loss resulting from your use of or participation in any of these Share the Ride NC services. You hereby assume full responsibility for all liability and all risk of injury, death or loss resulting from your use of or participation in these Share the Ride NC services and hereby agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any claim or claims against the Agencies. This liability waiver and release of all claims is binding on you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
The Agencies will not sell, lease or disclose your personal information unless you consent or as may be required by law. Employers interested in promoting the Share the Ride NC services to their employees may access names of participating employees but may communicate with them regarding the services only through the online system.
UPDATE CONCERNING COVID-19
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE AUTOMOBILES USED IN THIS SERVICE ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF GOTRIANGLE OR THE PARTICIPATING AGENCIES AND THEREFORE MAY NOT BE CLEANED OR SANITIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC OR STATE RECOMMENDATIONS AND THE GATHERING OF PERSONS IN AN AUTOMOBILE VIOLATES THE “SOCIAL DISTANCING” MANDATE.
